When I wanted to empty the recycle bin I right clicked on it and pressed "empty recycle bin", but instead I pressed delete. How do I get my recycle bin back?

I would suggest you now to accept the right answer and close the question. To accept the right answer there's a circle with a check mark in it.

Right click on desktop, then select "personalize", now select "change desktop icon" in the menu on your left, check "recycle bin" and hit ok or apply, and there you go :)

I didn't even think that you could remove the Recycle Bin in Windows. Goes to show how much I know about an operating system that I use sparingly.
