Where is the PDFS tab, do you need to import a PDF first?

Open iTunes on your computer connect your iPhone/iPod click the little arrow on the side, then select iBooks and drag & drop pdfs to the column and then click "Sync"

No, I have iBooks on my iPod Touch 3rd Generation and I don't see the tab either, you must have to upload a PDF to see the tab.

You will need to, after downloading iBooks, is to go into iTunes and plug your iPhone into the computer, select the book tab, and drag and drop PDFs into iTunes
