Server OS - which one do you like ?

My favorite would obviously be the OS X Server, but if I would prefer something that's free, I would prefer Ubuntu's server. The only downside to most Linux servers is that you need to know the command line extremely well to do the same things that you can do on an operating system with a GUI, but when you know the command line, you can do anything that the command line will let you do.
