nVidia GeForce 8500 GT Running 70C on idle?

Hey, My GPU is an nVidia GeForce 8500 GT running around 60-70 degrees Celsius on idle and around 80-86 when playing World of Warcraft. There is NO FAN on the GPU just a Heatsink. Should I get a Fan for the Panel and attach it to it. any suggestions?

nvidia do run hotter, but they shouldnt run that hot., take out the gpu, take of the heatsink replace the thermal paste on the chip, dont overdo it' and reattach the heatsink. you may also want to buy a fan to go underneath it
