I have a PowerBook g4 and the screen wont work. I took the screws out of the back of the laptop Ans lost two, and the ram is seated properly. What's the problem? I can hear it turn on but there's no screen at all.

lost connection maybe? bad graphics card (onboard or offboard). It could be an absolute multitude of things. A lot of the answers you might need could be found here.

None of the lights show up. The numlock doesn't lift up, the caps lock doesn't, not even the apple logo and I dot see anything when I shine a flashlight on it. Any ideas?

If you still got the warranty take it back to Apple. The screen might just be broke. If you didn't see anything when you used a flashlight then it's not the backlight.
