Personally, I don't read many EULAs. When I sign up for a service, I try to read them, but not much else. I know that when I buy software for my computer, the license agreement essentially says not to steal their code, and also that they're not responsible if my computer gets damaged. |
I think EULA's and License Agreements are the biggest waste of time and money. I think they're a laughing stock to everyone but the people who write them. I think the world would be better off it they stopped putting EULA's with software. Of course, many lawyers might be without a job. Oh too bad. |

No I don't think anybody does if I had to read the EULA for everything I had on my computer I wouldn't even bother putting anything on it |
Usually I just look at what type of EULA it is. i.e. Open Source, shareware, freeware, etc. Or I stare it down until I get my information. But I never read them. |
most EULA say the same thing... so i have read a few but not all of them. other legal documentation i at least skim though |
I have never read a whole one. But there has been the VERY,VERY RARE occasion when I'm looking for something specific and the only place you can find it is in one of those things. |
I know I should. I make it a point to never put my signature on anything I haven't read...but EULA's? No I don't think I've ever read one. Interesting question... I wonder if anyone will answer with an honest "yes"? |
