What features would you like to see in the next iWork? What do you think we will actually see?

iWork '10 or iWork '11 definitely need better MS Office compatibility. The PPT conversion in Keynote is a wreck. I never use it. I have to save my presentations as PDFs to keep the original design. But I LOVE the software way too much to give it up. Apple needs to add .docx compatibility with better formatting conversion when saved to that format. A little speed boost wouldn't hurt, and more templates and design features in Keynote would be nice, even though third party options are available. iWork.com is great, maybe a little more development there wouldn't hurt.

To answer my own question the best thing I think we could see would be Apples own version of OneNote. I love OneNote on the PC and I really wish that either Microsoft would make it for Mac or that Apple would make their own OneNote compatible version of OneNote for the Mac. I would also really like to see updates to iWork.com.
