If You Could Have Complete Knowledge In One Field What Would It Be?

I tried this once and for some reason I think the point was missed.

What would you choose?

You would be more skilled in that field then everyone else on earth combined.

Personally I would go with art, I could do anything and everything that has to do with art (rather a wide range as to what defines art) every style and type of art, I would love to have such knowledge and skills.
