In your opinion, what company has the best customer service?

I personally have always thought that HP has had the best customer support for some reason.

I think a charity organisation, or an "escorting agency" has the best customer service.

I've had a good response from Amazon UK when some DVDs I ordered arrived in a broken case. They even let me keep the DVDs since mail cost to return them would have been prohibitive (I live in Belgium).

Another good company is Belgacom, very quick to respond when TV or Internet is out (they're our national ISP)

Amazon or Apple are the best I've dealt with. Both companies have sorted everything out instantly and have been extremely helpful. apple DID give me a £600 ($940) free upgrade though...

The worst is City Link (Courier company). They are just AWFUL and so rude.

Apple is probably the best, I had an issue when I upgraded my laptop (to a new machine) and their support person spent an hour on the phone with me to get my iPhone and iPad to sync with it and then even followed up later to make sure everything was still working.

NTB (National Tire and Battery) has the worst. My wife brought my car there for an oil change, they did a bait and switch claiming that the car required synthetic oil, without telling her first. She was naturally irate, and the person she dealt with basically threw the paperwork back at her and said good luck getting home since you have a tierod about to fall off. Interesting, since the week before when I got new tires there (and was happy) they didn't mention it then. Don't go to them!

I have never had to deal with a lot of customer service but Apples is good I hear. And when my dad got me my Macbook Pro he needed to ask them a question and that was good.

If you mean operating system, then Microsoft, if you mean like manufacturers, Dell, HP, Alienware, and Acer are all good brands. I would suggest Alienware if you're a gamer, but if you can't afford that, an HP, then Acer, and finally Dell.

Microsoft.

Seriously, hear me out.

I use tons of Microsoft products. I have never had to call customer service or tech support. Not ever. That speaks volumes. The best Customer Service is the one you never need.

I like Apple's customer service, because every time I had a problem or a question, they knew exactly what they were talking about.

I have to say Logitech has had good customer service for me, HP coming in close behind. I've only had good experiences with them and I really didn't have to work hard to understand them and they were friendly.
