I have a Olympus FE-20 (Blue) Camera and the Lens will not extend. Its just stuck in. I think it turned on when it was inside a suit case during a flight to Russia from U.S.
Can anyone find me instructions on how to fix the stuck-in lens like a website of a PDF? Thanks, Nick Flash10
P.S. I am very good at opening inside of the camera/computers/ect...

I checked and the most I am seeing are replacement parts but no repair guides.
Often you can take the camera apart, then inspect the gears to see if any are broken.
A common lens problem when a lens doesn't have enough space to move is the gears will skip and that can cause a lens error because what the camera believes to be a fully extended lens but it is really only about 1/4th the way out so then next time you use it, it freaks out and gives a lens error. a fix is to extend the lens manually using the gears, others may click but that can often reset the lens and fix a lens error.
If you are in general really careful with thee things, you can take it apart then inspect it for any misaligned parts
