If you were stranded on a island and could have one thing with you, what would you bring and why?

You would have all the nessary materials like food water and shelter.

Toothpaste, and loads of it. I want to look after my teeth. Don't want to get a tooth ache like Chuck Noland and go so mad with the pain that i end up having a friend called wilson.

A satellite phone with a Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) -- http://www.rei.com/category/40002203 presumably, I wouldn't want to be stranded there for LIFE.

I love the outdoors, so I would NOT need a piece of electronics for entertainment.

I would bring an iPhone 4. I could text my mom my MobileMe login information and she could track me via Find my iPhone.
