Converting between Microsoft and Apple

It just takes some time, and it is pretty simple. I know Chris had published a e-book for people switching from windows to mac. Also, Mac computer can run the windows OS via vmware, parallels, boot camp.

or just run WINE if you get homesick for applications like mspaint
