What is the fat content of the milk you drink most often?

I believe I used to drink... Wait lemme check... 2% Milk. I stopped drinking milk since its so fattening. I lost 10 pounds over a month and a half. And guess what. I gained 10 pounds from drinking milk over a 2 day period. Makes me so mad...
