I mostly bet you can. But you need the drivers for the device. Apple did not release a driver for non-mac computers. Here someone extracted the driver download. http://uneasysilence.com/archive/2009/11/14588/

Thanks, I just found a YouTube video of a guy with one working fine on his window OS so i should work, as they run via Bluetooth doesn't the software pair with it or do i need the drivers as well. See is this what i am unsure about this is why i asked.
