I have been writing a blog since November of last year but it's hard to write about all the news when I'm the only one writing on the website. Does anyone know places where I can find writers? I can't pay anyone right now but that's because the website needs good posts before it starts earning good revenue. Anyone experienced in this area? |

You may be able to find bloggers to contribute to your site. If you're not going to pay them outright, then you can entice them by offering to have them put their own adsense code on their articles. That way, the more exposure their article gets, the more money they'll make. That gives them incentive to promote their article. (Your adsense code can still be in the sidebar.) This will help to get your site name out there and also allow the blogger to reach a new audience. This works especially well if the blogger typically covers, say, travel or family but has enough knowledge to also write intelligently about tech. It could be a boost to both you and the writer. There are forums where you can find bloggers who might do this (google "blogging jobs") but one of the best places to find someone to write a few articles is the job board at ProBlogger. http://jobs.problogger.net/ |

I'd ask good friends and family if they would like to write for you. I started a blog November of '08 with a friend, he ended up leaving and my cousin then replaced him. I don't think many people who are not good friends or family will blog for you for free. That's why a friend or family member would be best. |
