You shouldn't use registry cleaners at all. If you use them, than gaps are left in your registry, so your registry is Fragmented. Then if you use a registry defragmenter, it compresses it, but it will never reach the speed that you're trying to reach on the computer. As the old saying goes, "If it ain't broke, leave it alone," or as another saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

What version of Microsoft Windows are you running?
Why do you need a registry cleaner. It is a thing you should not have to/should not play with.
