Just email them or Skype them. That site looks dodgy and lame, in which case do you really want to be providing your friend's and family's telephone numbers to an untrusted website? Answer: Not if you intend to remain on good relations with them! :)

No. If you want to make a call use Skype, or make a prank call using PrankDiarer.com, but this website isn't even loading, so no. You shouldn't TRUST them.

Yes, that site is perfectly safe. It's bored.com, bored.com has many good flash games to play and they're pretty trustworthy to me. Yes there is no https on the site, but yes do it with caution.
