you seem to be quite keen on the apple brand, it is not the only expensive thing in the world, but yes he does seem to be rather well off, you may notice in some of his videos that he has a nice house and looks after it well and likes to it to make it nicer, which is somthing most people would like to di if they had the money. summing up, he may not be rich as such, but he is well off enough to be comfortabl

He has a very large house, and it is very clean. Although, some of the technology he receives is free, like the 30" screens for example. Got those babies for free. And he gets a lot of cash from his advertising and what not.

Well, he has a lot of gadgets. Rich? Ehh, maybe upper-middle class. You've gotta remember that he needs those gadgets to make money, since he gets paid advertising money, and when you use tagjag links, he gets revenue from that as well. You'd be surprised at how much money there is to make by having a popular website, service, or any other online dealy. If I wanted to, I could easily make a nice profit off what I do on the Internet, but I refuse to put ads on my things and I'm not popular enough to get sponsorships (which is more work than it's worth in my opinion), so I don't make a penny off my online work. Which I'm fine with. But if I were to make a living doing this sort of thing (as Chris does), then yes, I'd take almost every opportunity to increase my revenue.

Overall, no, he isn't a totally rich bastard. He's upper-middle class, and it's because of his TV career on TechTV, his popular stream that runs ads, and his YouTube videos and website that also generate revenue.

According to my estimation, he makes about $3,000,000 from his online ventures. However, he seems to live a fairly extragavent lifestyle, as can be clearly seen in his videos. He hinted that he can't buy apps in his videos, but he may be on an aggressive savings plan. I doubt it, though as in 2008 he got a debt consolidation service call on his live stream, and he said he had $20,000 of credit card debt from buying a 32 GB iMac (that may have a joke, though).

He could easily make $10,000,000 a year with all the traffic he gets by putting ads on his videos, more on his sites, etc., at least, in my calculations. Based on the money he makes, yes, he is rich. How much savings he has is another story.

He said in his first home office tour that if he can make it to $10,000,000, he's done. Well, he's not done, so he's not there yet.

10,000,000?? I highly doubt it. If he makes that much money, he probably would not have had to sell 4 of his macs to get the new macbook pro.

Yes, he does have a lot of money. Some of the company's sponsor him to get the stuff, and he gets paid a good amount from advertising. I'm sure their is other ways that he makes money but I can't list them off the top of my head.

no he just gets products from his sponsors to do reviews, the fact that he buys a lot of gadgets doesn't mean he's rich, that's just part of his job you can say. his income is mostly from blogging.

He's married to Ponzi, but he's stated multiple times that he has no children.

He's not rich.... well that's the way I see it but some may think differently. I think he is just well off because he doesn't have to pay for kids because he doesn't have any. Also sponsors give him some things for free.

CP is not rich by any means. He is just a self proclaimed geek. And Apple fan-boy. Apple uses him to promote their candy. Nothing personal CP.
