Help me... looking for an app (iPhone)

So this is a little hard to explain. I am looking for an app that would allow me to check if I received an SMS on my iPhone.

Let's say that I forgot my phone at home and I want to check my SMS messages. I would just login from a PC and check the phone for any new SMS.
