I really don't even pay attention to these energy drinks because some of them contains a lot of sugar and other things that our bodies don't need at all. The beverage that I only drink is green iced tea, and water. Those are the healthiest drinks that I do enjoy but with the others, I would stay away from those..

I don't like energy drinks at all. Too sweet and sugary. I prefer iced tea, earl grey, and water. When I do drink soda, I prefer Coke.
