Windows Media Center should be available for all versions of Windows and the file organization in Windows Media Center is terrible, Microsoft should think about upgrading that.

Support for more formats independitally withoug using 3rd party codecs to support the wide range of video formats.

More Apps, like a youtube app, videos app, music app, etc. One reference is Boxee.

Folders and easier album art adding under "movies". Make "movies" perform like "videos" with folders etc.

Better encoding...the quality of it's recordings from the TV are all pretty large for the quality - IMO
