What are your thoughts on Apple's Battery Charger?

What do you think of Apple's Battery Charger?

With so many bluetooth products, I think it's nice from Apple to have this available. The advantages in comparison to other chargers:

Very compact and portable;
Smart power-usage, common in Apple's products;
Lowers it's power usage when it's finished, which most don't;
Comes with SIX rechargeable AA NiMH batteries (last much longer than regular ones, come already charged, and have a 10-year lifespam)
It looks nice;
Cheap: $29.00.

firstly, i dont think that $29 is cheap for a battery charger. You can buy others ehre for about $10. the only reason it is so expensive is the name.
