OKay..school started.and its been awhile..so im not used to it. BUt for the last few days ive been having headaches..i feel.. unconcentrated..im having trouble focusing on things like my hobbies..etc..what are some ways to relax and get rid of stress |

you could try talking to someone about what you think is stressing you or you could try writing a journal or something to try to get your mind of it |

The existing questions I linked have some great suggestions that apply to your headaches and stress (stress is stress, exam induced or otherwise, it's just a matter of severity.) Enjoying hobbies are one key way to reduce stress. What are your hobbies? Sounds like you need more relaxing hobbies that don't require as much focus, or conversely, more exciting ones that challenge and invigorate you and wake you up out of the funk stress can cause. |

im not asking "where to go"...its not exam stress either....i dont fell "down" in that sense..can you please reopen the question?
