What brand TV do you recommend? What are the crap brands and the good ones? Are the new LED TV's what they make em out to be? Thanks |

Don't Follow Brands Blindly! | You Need to Check Specs! Most, if not all those companies produce a wide range of televisions from the cheap cr@p -to- ultra expensive bleeding edge. There's even the rebranded televisions (same television; different name). F@#K SONY! They had premium televisions for a premium price, but now they have the same or lesser televisions as others for premium price. Mitsubishi 65" 1080p 3D-Ready DLP HDTV w/ HDMI Cable, 2yr. Warranty
Sony KDL60EX700 60" Diagonal 1080p 120Hz LED HDTV

No issues with our 42" Panasonic Viera HDTV. It's a plasma, though, not LCD or LED. Didn't see the point to paying three times more. |

TV, meaning Televison well depending on what your looking for, it depends. What is your price range, what price do you want to pay. In my opinon you want a TV that is going to be the new thing for a least a split second. So why not get one of those new 3DTV's so you can have the new thing for awhile until people start walking out of you tv. But I would always reccomend Sony, LG, and Samsung. Not necessarily only those brands but those are my reccomendation. Always go with the most you can afford no more no less, and remember you get what you paid for....Unless its on sale! EJ |

Sony is the best and I think the same about Pioneer, they are not so good. Sony is still one of the best. Spam Removed from post |

I would get something that is future proof. Maybe 3D, but make sure it has the latest ports, I would definitely go OLED if you can budget it, though beware they only go up to about 22". (e.g. Perfect for kitchen or bedroom)
