[closed] Karma Confusion

I have a bit of a question about the Karma points. The FAQ page is a little confusing in saying what are the requirements when a user has an ability to closed other questions beisdes their own. If it is 2000, can we get a slight revamp of the list of requirements because it seems to only say that said user can only open/close their questions.
