Has AT&T declined in the past two years? Do you think that their is more dropped calls, poorer customer service.?Especially in the past two months.

I haven't had any dramatic change in my AT&T service either way (for the better, or for worse) in the past couple months or years. It's fairly reliable where I live and in the places I travel. My only issues have been isolated to iPhone launches when AT&T's authentication servers have been hammered and gone offline (pretty inexcusable on both AT&T's and Apple's part, at least this most recent experience with the iPhone 4.)

I'm happy with my iPhone AT&T Voice & Data Plan, and the service has been above average. I've been with AT&T coming up to almost 4 years. The customer service has been bipolar, either very good or very bad. No decline noticed where I live or placed I've flown to visit.

I don't have AT&T now, and I probably never will. I have a Motorola Droid on Verizon. But I think since there are so many Android phones on other carriers that have such better coverage, more and more people have moved to other carriers simply because there's better coverage. Besides, everyone knows the iPhone's coming to Verizon. HAHAHAHA SPRINT!
