It should not affect Mac OS X if you get a virus in Windows. This is because the Windows part uses a different type of programming than Mac OS X and they are completely seperate from each other even though they are on the same machine.

No. Simple enough. It's a Windows virus. Mac OS 10 isn't Windows last time I checked.
