What is your favorite VPN? Since I current work outside of the United States, a VPN is my lifeline to country restricted media and sites (Pandora and Skype, for example). I use ExpressVPN, which works with OS X and Windows. Unlimited bandwidth, all for $13 a month. I've heard of HotSpotShields, but it was blocked where I am. Which do you prefer? |

I mainly use > Cisco Systems VPN Client enables computers to connect to a virtual private network. The client makes remote resources of another network available in a secure way as if the user was connected directly to that "private" network.
But, who is the client you use? I use ExpressVPN as my client. That seems to me as merely the software you use to connect to your client of choice. ExpressVPN gives you a client that work on both Windows and Mac. I've also used Tor and Vidalia, but that's more of an open-source, peer-to-peer proxy--and far less secure than a paid, encrypted VPN. |
