i have just heard of this. it is a virus that is transmitted through a voice mail message. how does this work?

It is a transmission left on a voicemail that causes problems with that smartphone (like a virus). A targeted application from the voicemail.

I am not too sure. But I know it is possible. It could be list loading the data to tape drives http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetic_tape_data_storage#Cartridges_and_cassettes

From what I understand, like a regular eMAIL BOMB --- the targets' eMAIL Storage Space are Filled Up to the MAX, thus rendering them useless. I'd venture the same in this case, but targeting the Voice-Mail Storage Space.
