There's really no one to report the content to other than the website owner's themselves, if they provide a contact link, since they are hosting their own WordPress blog on their own domain. If they were breaking any laws in their native country, you could report them to their local authorities and their web hosting company (if known,) but assuming they're protected under free speech laws like the United States, you're out of luck. That's how nutjobs like Fred Phelps are walking free and annoying everyone equally...
Anyway, you can generally find out who or at least what legal entity owns a domain name by looking it up in a domain name registrar like Network Solutions (http://www.nsi.com) or GoDaddy.com. In this case, here's the domain name registration for that domain name --
As you can see, the domain name is registered in Funchal, Madeira, **Portugal**.

There is nothing you can really do. i agree it is not right, but your hands are kinda tied. you could report the article to the web master and plead he remove it, however it is up to him to remove it.
