Help with compaq SR5130NX ethernet drivers

I am trying to install xp on this stupid computer. Problem is that it has no internet connection. I went on the internet to get chipset drivers for the Nvidia 430 chipset. I used a different computer of course. But when I load the setup off my usb, the setup dies after a few seconds. I tried going on the manufacturer website. But they fail to provide any drivers at all. Can someone help me?
