Depends on what area you are looking in? I don't want to direct you to a university in California if you live in Illinois. :)

Two colleges came to mind, one of which I attend (for Computer Science, but has a great program in IGM, as well as in I.T.

The first is the one I attend which is the Rochester Institute of Technology ( http://igm.rit.edu & http://www.ist.rit.edu )

The second was my 2nd choice for college which is Worcester Polytechnic Institute ( http://imgd.wpi.edu )
