working in software support we have to turn around issues in the fastest time possible, sometimes advanced sql issues that take time and resource.

if you were a customer what out of ten would you score the service if we took.
a) 24 hours to resolve any issue or query.
b) less than 3 days.
c) less than 5.
d) 5 plus days.
also if anyone can suggest any good sites or books to read up on, on how to analise good customer care that would be awesome.
