Yes, I admitted to wanting to buy one - thinking I'd buy one - but should I really go through with it and buy an iPod Touch? If so, which one should I buy?

I would say yes. You should buy the new iPod touch. With great new features like Facetime, a great new screen, the ability to record HD video, and the Game Center I don't see why not. You can also get 10% off if you bring in your old one. http://www.apple.com/recycling/ipod-cell-phone/ Saving money is a good thing. More money for apps! :D Its like a iPhone but without the phone, or a contract. :) But if you have a iPhone 4 I don't see why you should get one.
Well. I don't know. I would wait a week or two after it comes out to see if there are any glitches. But that is just what I would do. Its up to you. you have a good point, but I make impulsive purchases :) but I don't think much could go wrong because there were only additions, not really many "changes" I guess, its when the iOS updates come out I would be worried because those affect all of your iDevices and could mess them up. And allot of people are going to be wanting them for the holiday season too... 2

As much as it looks sleek is it really necessary to get another one? It has a camera but don't you have an iPhone 4? If you already have an older iPod touch and nothing is wrong with it then keep it unless you just got money burning a hole in your pocket, then by all means buy one. No one is really stopping you. ...Can I have your old one? |

I would say yes because it has a lot of new features, such as facetime, cameras, & retina display. And with the iOS upgrade you get game center and some other features. The size depends on how much music and apps you have, which is probably a lot, so probably the 32 or 64GB, but it depends on your money and want you want. |

No, you have a iPhone 4 which is better than a iPod touch, unless you have allot of Music (more than 32gb) and want a iOS device to store it all, then yes get the 64gb iPod Touch. |

I don't think so, you should just carry around a camera if you're going to carry around another device apart from an iPhone. Carrying around multiple devices is something the iPhone eliminates. I've hear people suggest they the iPod Touch as well as the iPhone, for the bigger storage capacity and carry it around with the iPhone, this doesn't make sense to me, the point is to combine devices. If you must carry around another device, make it something really worth it, the value of a place in your pocket or bag has gone up with the latest tech. You've probably already thought of this though, and it really is something you think is worth it. Hope you make a decision that works best for you! |

NO CHRIS. You have an iphone, ipad, imac, macbook pro, macpro, and a million other more machines... You do not need an ipod touch, unless you're getting sponsored or something to get one lol. |
