Are you able to use an iPad while it's being synced?

I know that I use mine while it's syncing. But sometimes the sync screen comes up, what seems to happen for me is if you slide to cancel and then restart the sync by clicking the button in iTunes, it just lets you keep using it while it syncs.

That seems more like a glitch than a feature. That kind of sucks.

It would be a good feature if apple would just add a status bar to the applications they're syncing that way your not messing with them while they're being synced

I don't like iTunes' syncing process. In my experience it's been buggy.

Synchronicity is a handy little tweak that allows the impatient to continue to use their device while it is sycning with iTunes. Everything is available as normal, with the exception of the Music app.

Synchronicity is compatible with any device with firmware 4.0 or 4.0.1. Obviously you may experience some slight lag/performance issues when this is going on, depending on what your trying to do on your phone and the device your using.

does this put a progress bar on the applications that it's currently syncing? Kind of like in iTunes when it tells you what application it's syncing?
