Well I just bought a 1600 point Microsoft point card and it does'nt work. I went to the store they wouldnt refund me nor give me a new one. So they told me to call Microsoft for a new card. I cant seem to find anything on the website on card refunds so. Does anyone have any advice for me? Oh and whats microsoft's Phone number... Blah dumb question but am I "Screwed"?

My curiosity, what does the 1600 Microsoft Point card do? Have you checked the box and see if there's a number that you can call for questions? Sometimes there is an online message board just like this one.
