I have a new CPU cooler which has two fans one set as intake one as out-take. My dilemma is that my motherboard only has one temperature controlled fan header meaning only one fan can be controlled by the CPU temp.

One fan is power powerful then the other as well providing about 45CFM at full speed while the other has an average of 31.2CFM at full speed.

Which fan should be set as the Temperature controlled fan the Intake or the Out-take? And which fan should be set as intake which as out-take?
