Recently I took an interest in portable applications, most of the programs I wanted portable were already available, but there a few I couldn't find portable versions of so I made them portable myself. Here's the programs I've made portable: Opera 10.62 Google Chrome VLC media player 1.1.4 So what programs should I make portable next? EDIT: Here's what I've made portable so far for anyone who wants them.

How about Dev-C++ from Bloodshed Software? I'd love to have that portable. Just finished, I honestly don't know how to use the program so I can't test it fully, let me know how it goes. One thing to note I'm not sure why but I'm getting an error when I load the .exe directly but I've included a shortcut to the .exe which loads it without and problems. http://rapidshare.com/files/418851088/DevC5beta9release499.zip and here's the virus total scan results: |

I just checked Rapidshare not one of them has been downloaded I don't appreciate people asking me to do something for them, and them not bothering to even try it out.
It's not that we don't appreciate it, it's the fact that I'm not going to download a file that I know the true contents of. I'm not saying they are bad, I just don't have anyway of knowing.
how about virus total scans?
Seriously, why so serious? Go for a jog, stub your toe and then try to work out how much of a disaster this is.
I just don't like wasting my time, I mean why ask someone to do something for you when you have no intention of trying the finished product?
@seb So what? you down vote questions just because you don't agree?
No. If I enjoy a question, I'll vote it up. I don't enjoy reading statements that infer that I'm somehow obliged to download the software that you've made portable.
I never said you were obliged to download anything as a matter of fact this wasn't even aimed at you I was referring to the people who requested software for me to make portable. So if something has nothing to do with you leave it alone.
