Have Photoshop CS5 soon to get CS6. [ Also have Dreamweaver CS6 and Flash CS5.5 under Adobe products, sorry just had to brag ;) ]

I'm using Paint.NET. It does most of what PhotoShop does, has a good plugin engine, and is free for everyone.
