Currently I have an iPod touch 2nd Generation (8GB) and am thinking of updating. I recently updated to 4.0 but unfortunately I can't do multitasking and home-screen wallpaper. I also was thinking about getting a camera but I wanted the new iPod touch 3rd Generation. I was about to put one on order just after the 4th Generation came out so I don't know now. I think I need an update... I have had the iPod touch 2nd Generation for 1 year now. It is starting to get a bit sluggish. It has been jailbroken God knows how many times and yeah. So if you do think that the camera will be decent enough then please let me know if I should get the new iPod touch. I need something that records 720p or 1080p HD for YouTube. I am thinking of starting a daily YouTube blog like the SHAYTARDS. But I need a 720p camera. And which model should I get 8GB - 32GB - 64GB. I have got quite a allot of apps. Way over 100 and will be doing some video recording every day. Thanks guys, Danish |

It will be good enough to take 720p but its not like you get an iPod touch just for the camera. Just like how you wouldn't get the last gen nano just because it came with a video camera. |

If all you are looking for is a nice HD Camera, I would get a Flip Video Camera. If you want music too, then i think the new ipod touch would be perfect for you! |

Have you seen all of my tests? It's a great upgrade from earlier iPod touches, but... it's no iPhone. Ok Thanks Chris... was watching you on live.pirillo.com while you said this and i didn't even realize lol. Its quite rare anyone gets a message from the best. Ya no what im sayin ^^^^^^ |

I am currently typing this from an iPod touch 4th gen. Personally, it's a good investment so far! I would go for it if you have the money |

Just get one!! The new iPod touch is so fantastic! Well, I love my iPod touch. It's a phone, without the phone, with a new Retina Display, the A4 CPU, two cameras which allow for FaceTime calling and 720p video recording, just magical! What's more, with the 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, Retina Display, which means it had equal resolution (960 x 640) and pixel density (326 ppi) as the iPhone 4, all make watching video entertainment an utterly new experience on it, U know Im a totally movies fans, now apple's iMovie upgrade adds the support for 4 generation, sounds maybe I don't need to use iFunia iPod video Converter to do the converting, at least sometimes much trouble was saved. Besides, FaceTime calls and Game Center, can't wait to get one and experience! Aha, overall, have to say Apple is the best. They have the ability to change the momentum of the market with great products. I like it!! |

If I were you, I'd just get an iPhone 4. Why stop before getting a cell phone too? It does everything else. Of course, the iPhone 4 doesn't have a 64GB model, so if you have a lot of stuff, just get an iTouch. |
