I have an old computer from cyber school that doesn't need to be sent back. It has S4F on it which is filterpak for Windows by Covenant promotions and I can't uninstall it. Should I replace the whole OS (XP) with Ubuntu? Or should I try something else? It says I need a password which I don't have or know how to get so I cannot uninstall it or reinstall it unfortunately so I am thinking of replacing the OS, which will most likely also remove the filter. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

hmm there must be a way to remove it, if you reinstall however, go with something that you like and that works for you

Let us know how it goes. The filter is on the program, not the firmware or BIOS, right?
