[closed] How do HBO and other cable companies get movies in full-screen aspect ratio?

How do HBO and other cable companies get movies in full-screen aspect ratio? I am talking about movies that you can only get on Widescreen on Blu-ray but somehow they have them on full-screen over the cable networks?
