yes many times. Personally I find there is no secret meaning. We just happened to be created due to many coincidences and it's up to us to accept it and try to be "good people" or to say "screw it". One way you go on, the other you give up. Personally I think that if I am already alive, I may aswell use it. |
|
I do think about that occasionally. It makes me wonder, how did the universe form from nothing? Just empty space? I don't want to get religious but I think that some being made us be where we are today. |
|
To not have one. Rofl, I don't have a life. Well, to live it and then eventually die. I've thought about this for a long time. |
|
Yes, but then I realised I'd wasted a small fraction of my life wondering what the purpose of life is rather than living it. |

The meaning of life is to find the meaning of life. It makes sense because it's circular thinking that makes the world go round. |

In no way do I mean to offend anyone by saying this, but we were made to glorify our Creator. I can't say it any other way.
We are the result of evolution. We evolved from single cell organisms.
Don't search for a point in life, if you can't figure out it's meaning, it's better to at least make good use of life in the way that you think is right than to sit and wonder, and then later regret how you spent that time.
How can you believe that you are a mistake, and that you have no purpose in life. I did not come from anything that 'evolved' over time. Nor am I, or this universe is a mistake.
How can you think that you are here if Someone didn't plan your life out from the start. How can you say that the whole universe (that is expanding every day) was there because of two atoms that one day collided with each other.
The only logical explanation is that Someone that cares about us created us. If you don't want to believe it, than you don't have to, but I can only help you find the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
catchatyou, you must be brain dead. Isn't it just as likely that a Flying Spaghetti Monster created you? Or are you willing to shut up and accept the inevitable? WE WERE NOT CREATED BY SOME BEING. If he DOES exist, you'll be able to answer Epicurus: If God is willing but not able to prevent evil, then he is not omnipotent. If he is able but not willing, he is malevolent. If he is both able and willing, whence cometh evil? If he is neither able nor willing, why call him God?
He is able to prevent evil, and He will one day. Evil comes from ultimately from the devil, but since we are born into sin, our flesh can do evil without needing a devil. God gave us free will to do whatever we wanted. He made it so that we could choose to worship Him. I wouldn't want to have robots that 24/7 told me how great I am, I'd rather have them do it by their own free will.
One day, when you will remember this conversation and wished that you had listened.
