I am currently a student in high school and I find some of the work hard and I am wondering how I can become a big icon to the world as Chris as come to. Basically I want a high paying job like everyone does but what are the key things to remember and are there any cheats to it? |

The answer is quite simple. I know of at least 20 ways to make big money and/or succeed. And each only takes an hour or two per day. And, I've never failed at any one of them! However, I've never succeeded at any one of them either!? Why? I've never tried (or finished) any one of them! The simple answer to succeeding at anything, is to start. Something. Then finish it! And always learn from your mistakes. (Mine? I'm a perfectionist. Nothing seems quite finished, and I loose interest before I'm done. Some great advice from Michael Masterson: Ready, Fire, Aim! I spend too much time aiming. Try firing first, then adjust afterwords.) I'm nearly 40, and have had great ideas all my life. And tomorrow always seemed like the perfect time to start! But, I've finally started something a few months ago! (an iPhone game! yay! I think I'm the 1st one with that idea!). Right now, I don't really care (ha!) if it makes money. (I make good money as a programmer, but working for somebody else!) My immediate goal is to finally finish something. Then who knows, it just may be what starts my ball rolling. Good luck in whatever you try to do! |

Good Question! First you need to forget about cheats. Life is a game but not the kind where you can press down forward back back high kick and Liu Kang does the dragon fatality. You need to have goals and then have a plan to achieve them. I suggest you learn from the people who have achieved their goals. See what they did, how they did it and what mistakes they made along the way. Go to the library and check out books. Surround yourself with people who have the same goals as you. Stay focused, don't do drugs. Think about your actions and what the consequences will be. Eat healthy and exercise. Seek out the knowledge and don't wait for it to come to you. You can achieve anything you want, make it something good :) |

College..scholarships..work hard..get good grades..and I think one of the most important things you can do is volunteer and make sure your school knows you are so they can put it down in your records..joins clubs..it all looks good on resumes and college applications :) |

Hi, wow what a question. First thing is I am 34 years old, I have made a fortune and lost a fortune, I have slept on the streets of NYC homeless, I am now living in a 4 bedroom house that I own outright NO mortgage and I am working on my second fortune. I left school at 15 years old with no eduction. What I would like to say is, get the idea out of your head the eduction is a means to an end, that if you do well in school, that will get you the best job in the world, and you will be rich. Enjoy learning, read every thing, and I mean everything, learn a second language, Spanish & Chinese are the best in my opinion. Study subjects that you are interested in, not subjects that you think will make you the most money. If you are passionate about something in life, this is what you should grab with both hands. Never be afraid to take a chance, If you think having the best eduction money can buy, guarantees success, you are greatly mistaken. My final words would be, Life experience is the best kind of experience you can get, live your life, Travel the World, Fall in love, Get your heart broken. I wish you the best of look with your future, respect your fellow man, and stay safe. Chisum |
