How do I start and develop online Sci-Fi Community?

Hello, I am interested in starting my own Sci-Fi community, being inspired by Chris' community, but I have no idea how to get it going. I am planning to start it just as a forum and from then build a website and so on. Can someone give me any advice? thanks in advance!

You'll need to find you niche amongst the other Sci-Fi sites.
