I honestly don't watch anything new, but I love the old Monty Python's Flying Circus and Black Adder.

As far as sci-fi goes, There was an old show called The Prisoner that I really like.

I used to watch the old b&w Dr. Who episodes when I was a kid. That show freaked me out a bit as I remember. I think it gave me nightmares a few times....
