Don't try to compare the iPad with another laptop. You have to view what you need your device to do. If you are a casual gamer or need to do simple things like browse the web or edit text documents, go with the iPad. If you need something that will play very graphic intensive games, need Flash (I don't see how anyone would actually need flash), or do any big thing like edit videos (other than iMovie for iPhone which will be coming to the iPad soon), than go with a laptop. |

i think it depends on your needs. if you all ready have a main computer that you can do real work on and just want something you can take to bed with you and surf the internet the ipad is for you |
