Chrome update server error 3.

I have been trying to update my chrome to the new sleek looking chrome.

But, whenever I press about chrome, they told me to wait. After waiting, I get an error. I tried ways that google told me to do. Still didn't work, anyone knows how to update it please?

reinstall chrome but make sure that sync everything first under Personal Stuff>Sync. If your not syncing anything press "Set Up Sync...", it will ask for your gmail name and password. Then you'll be prompted to configure the sync (everything should be checked by default). If you are syncing your accounts just make sure that your syncing everything under Personal Stuff>Sync>Customize.
