In the Congress of the United States, a bill named 'Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act' has been written in order to put a stop to sites that promotes illegal moves such as sharing copyrighted content, paid-services, among others.

1	There are others and still they haven't done anything, and I don't think they will. Illegal downloads of Copyright content is not that easy to stop. answered Sep 28 '10 at 15:11 Patxi 12.6k●206●272●386
