I am looking for a glowing desktop computer fan. What do you recommend?

LED fans are a dime a dozen (sometimes literally). Just grab some cheap ones of the right color. Brand doesn't really matter - case fans are so inexpensive they're practically disposable, but with a little maintenance you can string the even the bargain basement ones along for years. (this doesn't apply to your CPU fan ofc, get a good quality one paired with a good heatsink, but few of the quality ones are going to have LED lights).

If you're sure you want one, follow Justen's advice.

I would, however, advise against it. They are pretty much just annoying. I don't get why people think that every computer accessory they buy must have LEDs in it. I have an LED 7-port USB hub, and it annoys the hell out of me so much that I've had to just put it behind my laptop lid so I don't see it. If you do get one, I'd recommend looking for one that has an on/off switch for the lights themselves.
